Return Conditions

Returns can only be initiated after the product has been physically received.

The return request must be submitted within 15 days of receipt.

Once approved, you have an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

Returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia (address provided after approval).

Return costs, including international shipping and any customs fees, are fully borne by the customer.

Items must be unworn (trying on is allowed), unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during Final Sale promotions (40% discount or higher) are non-returnable. This exclusion will always be clearly indicated in the sale offer.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and reintegration into our stock system.

If you receive damaged or faulty items:

Refunds

Liability

Cancellations
